The living area is on the ground floor. It has an open fireplace and attaches to the dining area and the open-plan kitchen.
On the ground floor there is also a shower bathroom and WC.
The top floor includes 3 bedrooms with balconies, and a bathroom with bath-tub and WC.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the second one is furnished with 2 single beds. The third bedroom has one single bed.

A sixth bed will be prepared on demand.
Water is heated in solar collectors, and there is auxiliary electric water heating.
The central heating can be turned on during chilly springtime or autumn nights.
Rooms will be cleaned weekly. Sheets and towels for changing are available.
